I The Weghted Companion Cube will never threaten to stab you. opera.

On an unrelated note, the Companion cube look eerily similar in design to the crate that workers hauled onto the millenium falcon shortly before TK-421 was ambushed by terrorists (Luke, Leia, Han and Chewie).

QFT.

Opera's fast forward feature sold me on it years ago when browsing image gallery websites that wanted you to go back constantly so it would load the ads again.

Eh, a nice attempt, but those don't strike me as good comparisons with their respective browsers. The Safari one is probably the most fitting, if anything.

I thought it was pretty right on, except I don't remember Chrome being annoying... though I didn't pay much attention originally, now I love it.  I work with IE all day, and it's still a dog (though a much better dog now).

IE is only better because we've chosen to accept it's rules and code the way it wants us.  Which makes the picture even funnier in my opinion.

[neckbeard]Those neon signs are ignoring the need to avoid overlap between different frames of animation (since the tubes can't shine through each other), and the overall aim at reducing the need to place extra tubes.  The R2D2 one, for example, would never be designed in a way that tilts his entire body.  That entire mass of tubes would have to be done twice, and there would be a mess of overlapping between the tubes of each frame.[/neckbeard]
