So did the goalie get hit in the head by his own player? I don't follow Hockey so please forgive me if this has been covered.

I had to look that up too,  here's the story.

Wow. Thanks CK.

That's something.  Glad it was accidental though.

I think the asshole hit what he wasaiming at. Notice that after hitting the guy he then hits the goal then just skates off knowing he hit the guy.

I think given the input from all the people, I'll take their word over it. Fact is, that all happened in a split second.

Savory Unicorn & Heirloom Tomato Bruchetta Recipe

14 ounce can of Unicorn Meat
6 or 7 ripe plum tomatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs)
 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
 6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 baguette French bread or similar Italian bread
 1/4 cup olive oil
Chop the tomatoes and mix with garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and basil leaves. Toss well. Slice baguettes on the diagonal about 1/2" thick. Brush each slice with olive oil and add a full rounded tablespoon of Unicorn Meat, spreading over each piece. Toast in a 450 degree directly on over rock for 5-6 minutes. Do a little funky dance by yourself until it's toasted. Serve with tomato mixture and some flaming Absinthe.

Radiant Farms Canned Unicorn Meat Specifications

Limited availability
14 ounces of delicious unicorn meat, canned for your convenience
Imported from a small independent cannery in County Meath, Ireland
Crunchy horn bits in every bite - an excellent source of Calcium
Tastes like rotisserie chicken but with a hint of marshmallow sweetness
Easily spreadable for sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, and more
Sparkly meat lends the unmistakable air of class and sophistication to your parties
Unlike other meats, unicorn fat is polyunsaturated and lowers your LDL cholesterol
Not yet approved by the USDA or FDA, but the nuns have eaten it for centuries and they're healthy as horses

That reminds me of the day I had to pack about two carts of groceries into this woman's Fiero, which has a trunk that fits about half a cart of groceries.  Her son was so packed into the passenger seat when we were done, she could have rolled that car at 100 mph, and he would have been removed from the car without a scratch.

Wow! What a douchebag move, even though he didn't mean to hit the goalie. He should have gotten a game or two suspension.

I actually saw it happen because my son is a Panther's fan and we were watching the game. Vokoun is by far the best player on the team and the idiot Ballard didn't mean to take him out. He felt horrible about it afterwards.

How did I miss that?  Actually, given how typically male I am on that kind of thing, they could replace a real product with a blue box that said FAKEX Blight Days and I would probably still buy it and be none the wiser.

What was to look at?  Based on the assumption that three of the four vehicles are doing what they are supposed to, the bike had green through the intersection, the bus had clearance for the right hand turn either on red or a green arrow, and the anvil car was stopped as it was supposed to.

Although I do wonder about the four spots that stay, then disappear from the original position of the anvil car.  I assume those are some artifacts of the traffic control system registering the car's position, but that's raw speculation.

This happened in Beijing, China on 5/9/2010, the tricycle rider was extremely lucky to be alive.  The white car is a FIAT made in China and was waiting for green light, the FIAT has no side airbag, it had 3 occupants, 2 adult and 1 baby, I think  mother broke both legs, may need amputation, both the father and baby died.  crybaby The Black car is an Infiniti G37 Sedan driven by rich drunk driver who raced through the street at 100km/hr (speed limit is 60 km/hr), but he and 3 other occupants survived with no injury.

If you focus on the dot for the duration of the pink mode, when it goes black and white your brain fills in the right colors. It's tricking your brain.

Neat!
