Yeah it would have been better if the tv was turned away or possibly off screen. Following the picture link though he stated he wanted a picture of Contra in the comic since it was the most famous use of the code.

And it would be a nice shirt but the Title would have to be changed somehow. Either a different font or remove and put something like 30 Lives beneath it.

There's really nothing to make out.  It looks like they drew that picture out of the dust on the side of the van.
