Stargate is now on instant.

Jus' sayin'.

just the movies though, was hoping it was the series.

want to hear something weird?

Just noticed today that UK Netflix have 99 episodes of Stargate Atlantis

not sure how many episodes there were of that series, looked it up and wiki say 100,while others sites say 99

Anyway,yup,just Atlantis....nothing else,no other series,and no film either...as i said weird

still sticking to US netflix though

Bummer, we didn't get the Hobbit in Canuckistan. We did recently get the Life of Pi though, which is a movie I passed on for a theater viewing. Not that it fully compensates for the lack of the Hobbit or anything.

just in time to catch up before next season!

It has just finished here in the UK about 2 weeks ago,i will admit to liking it a lot more towards the end

The end of the first season was quite interesting as it could have finished there incase a season 2 was not on the cards, more series should do this

I am still annoyed at Alcatraz being cancelled,I really enjoyed that show and that had a cliffhanger end

Revolution overall seems to be the only decent thing to be added on Netflix this week(month?)*,but that's fine by me.....so much to watch(Star Trek-All of them icon_wink,Breaking Bad,House of Cards,Lillyhammer,Orange is the new Black,Hemlock Grove..still on season 7 of Cheers as well)

I Love my Netflix!!

*sorry i was supposed to add a link that had all the new releases
http://www.flixfilm.us/

Nothing really for me,maybe that Star Trek documentary when i have finished watching them all

Dredd is now up.

thank god they give you the option to remove 'Netflix Suggests' from your queue 'My List'.  I got everything sorted, with animation series first, live action series second and finally regular movies last, and I don't need Netflix screwing with it.  It would be nice if they let us filter the list by genres though (for example, select comedy and only stuff flagged as comedy shows up in your list), or create categories to sort everything into.

Yeah, I'm not sure wtf Netflix is doing these days.  It seems they are trying to innovate on things people don't want and not allowing them to do what they do want.  I'm kind of hoping a better competitor arrives soon.

Honestly, their menu system is one of the worst interfaces I've ever seen, no matter where I'm using it (seems best on PS3, but that's like saying shit looks better after it's hardened a little).

There seem to be so many obvious things to fix, and they have put no effort in at all.

Why can't I choose the categories I want to browse?  Why can't I search my queue?  Why can't I even sort it?  Why is there a section for "Recently Added" and "New Releases"?

I don't know what kind of competitors Netflix has in the states, but the few streaming services here in Denmark is absolutely shit compared to Netflix. First off, they don't work on all platforms. Secondly, the platforms they *do* work on have constant issues , errors and disconnects. Hell, some even don't allow starting from where you stopped watching, making errors even worse.
And these competitors are BIG companies that handle telecommnication mostly for the entire country, or broadcasting, and they cannot for the life of them make an UI that works.

Example: HBO Nordic , which has HBO content, does not have a PS3, nor an Xbox app. They claim to have one underway for Xbox, and has said it was "almost ready" since january. They dont work on Apple Tv, and has some shitty second have airplay viewing that rarely works. They have apps for a few samsung TV's, but these constantly restarts, and works about have the time
Their player for PC works most of the time, but is so resource hungry, I can barely run - on my gaming rig. My GF cant get it to work on hers at all.
This "service" costs more than Netflix.

Netflix rules!

yup,i love Netflix

I had LoveFilm for a bit(Amazons thing in the UK),but i wasn't as impressed

As Bull says PS3 or Xbox, the whole look could do with a overhaul, but other than that its great

and Netflix needs to receive kudos for their subtitling service, its second to none, everything i have watched on Netflix i can recall only one episode of Star Trek not having Subtitles

I just wish UK Netflix could get the Paramount stuff,so i don't have to use U.S Netflix(Paramount being roughly 75% of what i watch on Netflix with all the Star Treks and Cheers etc)..sick of all this licensing bollocks, its 2013 FFS

Karl Urban's Dredd I assume?  Thanks CeeKay.  Glad I wandered into this thread since I've wanted to watch this and now I can instantly (well when all the other folks who aren't fans of the ultraviolence are asleep).  thumbsup

I'm not very impressed with the Netflix interface either, but that's because I mostly run it via my 360. I do think the PS3 interface is much better but of all the device it runs on I've been most impressed with the Wii Netflix interface. Unfortunately there's no high-def on the Wii. Heck if the Wii-U version has the same interface and works as well with the Wiimote, I might just buy a Wii-U this year.

I haven't even checked, since it doesn't work with my universal remote (making it useless, IMO).

I run it with the Wiiu pad.  You get a touch interface and since it has its own screen you can look for new things to watch while something is already playing.  You can also pull what is playing onto just the pad and watch something else on the TV if need be.  If you have a cable box it also interfaces with that and you can set favorites and check listing schedules on the pad.  It's pretty cool actually, the only problem is battery is not great.
