Just wondering if you ordered a white 64GB, which is what I ordered. Yep that's exactly what i ordered as well. So perhaps it's that AT&T has shortage on that configuration? Status still says backordered. Called AT&T again and they say that they have no view into stock / warehouse / etc. So basically they'll know when it ships when the warehouse updates it. Pretty sad commentary on their I.T. department if that's true. |

Apparently the geofence reminders will work on the iPhone 4 as well, but not the 3GS. Status still says backordered.  As a former Cingular rep, that place is so stovepiped as to be ridiculous. IT has nothing to do with it. And honestly, if you were running a warehouse, would you want the CS portion of your business having the ability to call down and harass the warehouse staff about Joe Blow's order status? AT&T would rather not bother setting your expectations than set them and miss them. For example, there was always an ETA for resolution on outages, etc. It was never filled out. We would get updates as things progressed, but even internally, they would never tell us when to expect resolution. |

The case I received is not the one I ordered online...
Edit: Not only did I receive the wrong case, but it was the exact case that I actively didn't want. My step-brother has this case for his iPhone 4, and I hate it. So I called AT&T and they are going to overnight me the correct package. I was surprised at how quickly and easily they were able to help me.
