Having played Eve...yeah, I can sorta agree with what he's saying. The game is absolutely IMMENSE, but you need a degree in rocket science to be able to grasp it all.

Yes.  To me, it is definitely not something most can grasp in the 14 day trial.  Also, getting into a corp helps immensely with learning the ropes and with experiencing much of what makes EVE so great.  It is indeed like a second job, though.

"So, here's Too Human, the game that Silicon Knights have been making instead of Eternal Darkness 2, possibly out of a crippling fear of money and success."

Another classic week. Love all the sight gags and one-liners.

This guy just rules.

So you're left with a game experience that could be recreated by walking down a wide road in the middle of nowhere while stopping every five steps to crack yourself in the eye with a hammer ... and the road is a million miles long ... and the hammer is made of wank.

So does it measure up to the Sims?  He wasn't really clear.

He pretty much echoes my thoughts about the game.

Really? I thought this was the weakest one in a long time. While I don't disagree with with him on the game, I didn't think any of it was particularly funny, and there was a good 30 seconds of nothing but "Noooooo" on an already short review. Plus it felt more like a real review than anything that witty.

very accurate.  light on the funny, but it perfectly captures the frustrations many people had with the game.  even though i enjoyed it, i really wish they had worked on a number of things, all of which he mentions.

boy, that last line is scathing though.  i got a feeling this one really pissed him off rather than just annoyed him.

I agree with everything posted here. Not too funny of a review (but it has its moments), but he does hit all the major issues with the game.
