For those who don't know, Billy is done (other than part-time chairman) with MS.  God I hope he is as successful with biomed research for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as he was with Microsoft.

Honestly, even if you aren't a fan, you really have to respect the guy. I'm no Microsoft fan, but damn is that Bill Gates one stand up dude. I, too, hope his foundation is half as successful as Microsoft has been.
