Dont forget the season premier comes on tonight guys! Looking forward to it. Missed the cast a lot.  ..Not sure how Tapping is gonna fit into it all. I love Shepard as a character though so hope its not taking his spot over. |

Can't wait for some Atlantis! Hopefully Carter fits in well with the crew, but I wish they would have kept things as they were instead of pushing Weir out of the picture.

Spoiler for Hiden: What's the deal with removing Weir from the opening credits and adding Carter BEFORE you make the change on the show? Spoilers much??!?? I went in with no idea carter was joining the show, and before she was even on screen I'm like - what the fuck is she doing on the show? You've been on Stargate for TEN YEARS! Can't you get another gig? I didn't really care for the episode. I'm overreacting to the news, obviously, but I mean, first we lost Rainbow Sun Franks, then Dr. Beckett (awesome actor) to be replaced by someone who hasn't gotten time to get her wings wet in the show yet, and we're already losing another character. I'm just passionate about shows and characters I've invested time in. If you're going to kill someone off, can it be a meaningful death? Sacrifice for the rest of the team? Beckett's death was meaningful. RSF's death was... iffy (It's still up in the air, but I doubt they'll revisit the character anytime soon). Weir's death... not so meaningful. Even the dude that died on board the space station that was blown up by the wraith had a more meaningful death. |
