Spam Spam Spam!

I've heard that there is a consortium being formed that thinks that they can crush out spammers in the next two years.   They were talking about it on the radio but didn't cite their source.   Anyone heard of this or is it a bunch of hot air?

It sounds like a lofty goal to me, these spammers are crafty little bastards.

So long as they have night-vision, HK-equipped seeker-killer units hunting down spammers, I think they might have a chance. Short of that I don't know. I'm just glad I don't have a Hotmail account anymore.

Actually, Hotmail is far, far better than ever before. All my spam just goes into a 'junk mail' folder automagically. I just got my first piece of pron/spam that didn't get caught by their filters in like a month.

Good luck to the anti-spammers though. The world would be a far better place without all of them. Just like telemarketers.
