Lost 3.4 this week (wtf, how did THAT happen!?) for a total of 14.2 at the end of my 6th week.

mmMMmmm Morningstar Farms corndogs!  Gotta check that out...and I've really cut bread nearly completely out of my diet because of how many points it is, but damn, 1 point per slice?  I gotta give that a try!

Morningstar Farms Buffalo Wings are like a staple of my diet.  Go great by themselves or with some ketchup or honey (though those might be too sugary for the weight-losers in the crowd).

Good going TML and naed.  I have the opposite problem - been trying to crack 190lbs for about three months now but still can't seem to get up there.  I have been hovering between 184 and 187 forever it seems.

Deep-fried bacon-wrapped lard.  It's the cure for what ails ya.

Lost another 2.6lbs last week, so I'm at 16.8 total.  My WW points will go down from 26 to 24 because I fall into another weight class - damnit!

How's everyone else doing?

Weighed in today...lost 4 pounds this week, for a 9-week total of 23.5.

I have no idea why I lost that much this week.  Insanity.

IN OTHER NEWS, there's a super cute girl who goes there.  How do I approach her?

I started at 218.2 and am now at 194.6 after 9 weeks.

I seriously don't exercise at all.  So when I go in and still lose pounds, while not exercising, I'm befuddled.  I mean, granted, I'm not gaining muscle and am probably losing a little bit, but I didn't have any muscle before, just fat biggrin

Down 1.4lb this week...I think yesterday was my first day of sort of cheating.  I had these baked cooler ranch chips and it was like, 2 points for 15 chips, but they were all in tiny tiny pieces.  So I'd take like a handful and be like, "Oookay, this would roughly make up one chip" biggrin

I'm at an EVEN 25lbs lost.  Feels great!

Quote from: "Calvin"

I find it very odd that they make you do it this way. Your true weight is what you weigh in the morning, not what you way in the evening after you have eaten 3 meals and not digested overnight. This makes very little sense. The difference could be only 2 pounds as you said, or for someone like me that eats 300g+ of carbs and protein each daily, the difference could be something like 6-7 pounds.

Dunno man.  I don't think digestion is going to change how much your "true weight" is.  I mean when you wake up you've still got all the food from the previous day in you, assuming you don't immediately have to, uh.... evacuate smile  The way I see it as long as you're consistent about when you way yourself it shouldn't be a problem.

Anyway, I crossed the 190 barrier a week ago, and today I weighed in at 194, woohoo!  I actually think I have to give credit to this NO-Xplode product that Calvin recommended to me.  I was very skeptical of it, but I haven't changed my diet in any big way other than to add that, so I think it works.  Hopefully I can hit 200 before I start cutting, but that might be overshooting my goals a bit.

Lost 2.6lbs this week for a total of 27.6lbs lost.

Gone from 218.2 to 190.6 in 10 weeks!

Once I hit the 180's I think it'll really feel good biggrin

That's awesome to hear, TML!  I told you that you were an inspiration to us all.  I was kidding earlier but now I'm starting to believe the hype.
