This is sickening.  What do people think--he paid that kid back in the 90s $22 million out of the goodness of his heart?

He was a pedophile.  Plain and simple.  The worst kind of human garbage there is.  And they're paying tribute to him as if he was Martin Luther King.

F**k BET.

F**k BET.

For better or worse, he was never convicted of anything, and legally speaking, settlements aren't considered admissions of guilt.  BET is reacting to his impact on music more then anything else.

And you always have the option of turning it off.

So you think he gave that kid $22 million because he was INNOCENT?

You have to be joking.

He gave that kid $22 million so that he doesn't have to suffer through another media circus while he was trying to resurrect his career. Or he can be guilty. The point is that we don't know about that.

And in most free countries, there is this "pressumption of innocence" thingy.

I'm not even sure what to say to this thread.  I feel like you are probably just trying to get a rise out of the forum goers here and it's actually pretty immature.  This whole thread is bait and trying to argue with someone like you would be a waste of time.  Grow up.

Oh please, settling out of court is how rich guility people stay out of jail. For me (and a lot of other people) its "pressumption of innocence until you pay the other party off to drop charges and not say anything.".

LOL that pic is awesome.  But yeah I don't see this needs to be a separate thread.  Go grind your axe in the MJ thread.
