Operating under the most recent news pointed out in the Rich thread, and assuming the gonegold site has been truely abandoned, wouldnt it be a good idea to get a group effort together to reserve the rights to gonegold.com before some corporate magazine, game site, or other unrelated site swoops in and snatches it? As a community we could rebuild the site.

Domain name is taken until 2006 at some point (August I want to say), so there's no way someone can snatch it up unless Rich relinquishes it voluntarily.
