After a grueling press conference, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld subdued questioners with Force Lightning. Although widely recognized to be a power used by the followers of the 'Dark Side', the White House was quick to offer its support for Rumsfeld.
"Secretary Rumsfeld is doing a great job leading our efforts at the Department of Defense to win the war on terrorism and to help bring about a free and peaceful Iraq, and the president is focused on working closely with him on those matters," said White House spokesman Scott McClellan. "We do not see his usage of so-called 'Dark Side' powers as a cause for concern. Those were the old rules, the weak, and dare I say cowardly, 'pre-9/11' rules. Terrorists wont draw the line at using Force Lightning, so why should Mr. Rumsfeld? Quite frankly, this whole thing is being blown out of proportion by the liberal media."
