Can't wait for this.  Day one purchase for me. I love CG movies that attempt to be ultra realistic.  Like Final Fantasy.  This looks as good as that but with ZOMBIES.  Can't wait.   The second trailer is the best.

If you want a great, realistic CGI, movie, you really should watch Renaissance.

That movie made my head hurt, which was a shame because I really wanted to watch it.

This looks awesome, but why a STV release ? The RE franchise should be big enough for a theater release.

I thought a real actors movie was planned?

A bit disappointed, but...it actually seems interesting nonetheless...

I did watch that and loved it.   Was amazed how they pulled that off with only two colors.  Very good.

looks cool, but it's definitely not true to the games...

they're shooting while moving.

Does this movie have anything to do with the live action movie series or completely independent?  Is it more closely based on the games and characters in the games?

From what I've seen, it's part of the game canon and has nothing to do with the live action movies. It seems to be placed between Resident Evil 4 and 5.

First 8 mins here:

http://dvd.ign.com/dor/objects/14269199/resident-evil-degeneration/videos/re_prem_green_111008.html

There's another "red band" clip for the following 3 mins after that one.
