Did anyone else watch season 4 of Rescue Me?  The season finale was last night, and I have to say the whole season felt pretty 'meh' to me.  There was really only one surprise:
Spoiler for Hiden:
the Chief offing himself

The ending of the finale was well done, but it seems like they cannot end a season without crapping all over Tommy's life, so it wasn't all that surprising.   Here's hoping that they do a better job with season 5.

Because I can,
also because I don't care what you want.

This show has always been really strange to me. I've been watching it for years now, though I don't commit to catching every episode on a weekly basis like I do Damages. Every episode I watch seems to be all over the place and shallow, not that it isn't enjoyable I just couldn't see myself watching from episode to episode and dying to know what happens next like I do other shows.

I'm finishing up season 2 and I love it.  I like the relationships between the characters and the practical jokes they do to each other.  I also like the seriousness to it.
