Perform This Way - Weird Al

Weird Al's latest spoof on Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way'...initially released online because Lady Gaga supposedly didn't approve of the song and he always likes to get the original artist's blessing for all his album work.  after word of Gaga's disapproval started to spread around the 'net today, her manager came forward and admitted that he turned down Weird Al on his own, without ever actually passing the song on for Gaga to hear.  as it turns out, she loves the song, so he'll be making a video soon and donating all proceeds from the song to the Human Rights Campaign...pretty cool icon_cool

I love this related video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJmF1UCAkwc&feature=relmfu

I have zero idea if this has been posted already as I only come in here from time to time and have not seen all posted videos, but as I am using part of this as an amusing closing to my speech for a communications class tomorrow I thought I'd share.  I caught it on an old Tosh.0 rerun a week or so ago.

Considering that I play this every year Easter Sunday I'll be the judge of that....

**Edit** Yeah it's awesome. it's basically showing you all of the notes that are played, it's like a piano reel. Can't see the trills very clearly but otherwise a lot of fun to watch.

Thanks for that link.  Toccata and Fugue in D minor has always been one of my favorite pieces of classical music.   On an interesting side note I once saw Keith Emerson play a part of this on an organ that was flipped so he was playing on the keyboard upside down and backwards  eek  I was fortunate enough to be seated in the sixth row right in front of him, it was amazing to watch.
