How much access to the internet does your average prison inmate have? Can they surf the web as much as they like? What about email? Is there a cap on the number of emails they can get, are they screened by guards, and if so, how long does it take?

I would assume prisoners web access is limited just like the books, magazines and movies are limited.

Not sure about email censoring though. Do they censor regular letters? I'm sure they do to a point so they don't have inmates sending their girfriends requests for files or meth.
