So far I have:

Infamous ($10)
God of War Collection ($10)
Ratchet and Clank Future :ToD ($10)
Ratchet and Clank Future: ACiT ($10)

Have played them all, but glad to get them back in my collection for cheap. Going to get up again at 9:15 to see the next round of Amazon lightning deals. Point of interest - Killzone 2 at $10 sold out faster than all the other deals, by far.

EDIT:
The Dark Knight blu-ray ($5)

well, out of the deals that have been posted today:

Killzone 2 $10  (managed to just barely get into this one on Amazon)
iNfamOuS $10
3D Dot heroes $14.99
Split/Second $19.99  (may return this, meant to take it out of the cart but forgot)

Out of all the early Black Friday sales this week (all blu ray):

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story
Batman
Batman Returns
Batman: the Movie
Hellboy 2
Hot Fuzz
Shaun of the Dead (gift)
We Were Soldiers
Wanted
Labyrinth
Taken
Fight Club
The Punisher
Punisher War Zone
Big Trouble in Little China
Constantine
The Wrestler
Dragonball Evolution
Terminator Salvation

I'm debating trying to get the Lost lightning deal, but I think I'm going to pass.  aside from any random blu rays that go on sale or a few other lightning deals I'm pretty much done for now.

9 hours of sleep!

Same here.  Having worked a couple Black Friday's in retail, there's not a chance in hell that I'll step foot in a store today.  For some reason, people think that $100 off a TV gives them the right to act like a complete animal.  I will never understand it.

That said, I may hit a couple online deals today.

I've never gone to the stores, and it's hardly even needed anymore. I just set my alarm for 3:14, hopped on Amazon and Wal-Mart.com for a little bit, then went back to bed. Then I got up again at 9:14 to look at the new lightning deals.

It is interesting that Amazon would start them so early.  I mean, you're shopping from home, which is instantly bett than going to the store. Why not give another advantage, which would be not getting up so early.

My closest Gamestop had some in-store deals of 50% off the marked price. I picked up UFC 2010 for $20. Apparently some of these doorbuster deals the employess weren't even aware of.

Also seen a couple 360 consoles marked down at Radioshack. An Elite system was $189

No idea yet.  The wife left at 4am and she hasn't returned home yet.  Without me in tow slowing her down she's free to shop even more stores for even longer without any need for a break.  She combined forces with her friend and her friend's sister.  My wife is like a machine when it comes to Black Friday shopping.  Fortunately for me our friends agreed to go so I didn't have to.  Although I didn't completely avoid Black Friday as at 6am my phone was ringing because she needed a coupon forwarded to her phone from her personal email.   disgust

Works out well for me though as I'm currently sitting on the couch with a cold beer, turkey "sliders" made with cold turkey and mayo on leftover dinner rolls, a heaping helping of my creamy mashed potatoes topped with homemade gravy, and green bean casserole.  I try to be somewhat humble about my cooking, but in this case I have to say that gravy is one of the best things I've ever made.  With the creamy potatoes it's like heaven on a plate.  Time for more heaven.  Amen!

I've gotten a number of apps from the I-Tunes store, but that's about it. I slightly considered one of the PS3 bundles, but I really don't need another system now; I can wait until it drops in price.

'Chuck' DVD Seasons 1 & 2 - $15 each at Walmart (Probably new regular price at mine as were on an end cap.)
'Burn Notice' DVD Season 1 - $12 WM (I wish there had been more than just one season in the selection when I got there.)
'Family Guy' DVD vol 7 - $12 WM
'Bladerunner Final Cut' DVD - $2 WM
'Halo Legends' DVD - $2 WM
'Hot Tub Time Machine' Bluray - $10 WM
'Taken Special Edition' BR - $Free (The guy had correctly rung it up and then voided it off for some reason. He was getting a little flustered at the time. Didn't realize until at car. Oops. Wasn't complaining.)
'Hellboy 2' BR - $9 Kmart
'Dragon Age Ultimate' 360 - $35 Kmart
'The Force Unleashed' 360 - $10 WM (only game I saw when I got in the aisle that wasn't complete shovelware or something I already have.)
Also got 3 rainchecks for the How to Train a Dragon DVD for family members as they were sold out immediately.

Nothing major this year as I didn't need to get anything big and I already have too many games in the backlog. No Steam items or anything else so far.

Yeah, it wasn't in the WM ad, but showed up online when you listed all the $10 games. It's still $15 on Gamestop.com.

Just picked up Transformers: War For Cybertron for my new PS3 from Amazon. I went to a Gamestop and an used CD store tonight trying to find an used version of it, but no luck. Don't want to keep strutting my ass all over Baltimore for a copy, so I just took advantage of that $30 Amazon sale price.

I think what I learned this year is that one should avoid buying any games that release in November if you can resist, because you'll likely be able to save at least $20 per title on Black Friday.  Need For Speed and Assassin's Creed certainly fell in that category this year.
