Damn Thin J, you look like one of the Scottish warriors right out of Braveheart! Two pics of me from about a year and a half ago when I was trying some online dating thing (suprised my profile was still up when I havent logged in like 9 months).. met a lot of women through it but still don't trust them! Whenever I get a camera I'll get a more recent one as I've beefed up considerably after going through the academy and having spent so much time with the department of corrections!

I smell a JasonConan and Knightshade death match coming up.
Woohoo. What neutral state should have it in?
Just so I have skin in the game, I'll fight both of you at the same time first. Of course my fighting consists of you two standing very close to each other, me pointing behind you and saying 'Hey it's Miyamoto giving away free Wiis!' and then promptly dashing off into a ten mile run.

Lol, thats what I looked like up until 2-3 years ago, except I think I am much taller I think (almost 6'5" here). Alas, most of my cut has degraded to poor levels, but I have firm plans to resume heavy lifting 5 days a week once I get down to my target weight. I want to lose the fat, THEN go back and build the muscle. I sure miss the rush of the gym, let me tell ya!

Yeah, life happens. I have a full time job, part time college, my acting hobby/dream, two daughters that need to be ran to soccer, basketball, school activities, a wife that demands attention, and at least a couple of hours gaming after I put everyone to bed so I understand how things can get in the way. My own motivation waxes and wanes. Sometimes I'll see an action movie or Blackbelt magazine and focus for awhile on martial arts and flexibility, then I'll curse myself for loosing strength and go back to powerlifting. Then sometimes life will kick me in the nuts and I'll end up taking off of everything for a month or so. I'm currently preparing for a strongman competition next Saturday that I was invited to. Unfortunately, my life is in nutkick mode right now so I haven't had a chance to get to the gym as much as I should have. If I'm gonna place, it's going to be straight up luck and willpower. Hey Kobra, you mentioned some powerlifting experience? I competed in my first competition back in April. I won my weight class, but lost the overall to a shorter guy that was built like barrel. Below are a couple of pics of me deadlifting. I topped out at 525lbs that day. I'm currently holding the gym record at 550lbs. Is that old guy checking out my ass?

You look taller than I thought, 6'2 range? I did some power lifting for a good bit, then shifted later to bodybuilding because I liked to be cut up more and it looked better, but I did miss the strength when I changed over. I think when I go back in a few months, I will go purely into body building this round. I might be getting too old to powerlift again, I don't want to pop my heart or something. LOL
Time is a BITCH for me right now.. Wife, 3 kids, 2 rental properties to maintain, etc.. Just seems like SOMETHING is always getting in the way as you put it. Now both of my sons are heavy into Karate, etc.. Not to mention I seem to be more lazy lately than ever before.. Which explains the weight I put on, I hit nearly 280lbs this year! So for now, my goal is to recovery fully from this pneumonia I have, drop to a good lean 225lbs range, then bodybuild and cut up nicely. By this point next year, if I don't get into lazy mode again, I should be in good form. <crosses fingers>
