It kind of does what it says on the tin.  Very amusing for a minute or so.  Actually, I don't know why, but this had me chuckling over and over for a good couple of minutes.  It's stupid, but it makes me laugh.

Interesting. Just going by the fact that when using IE9 all I got was a blank white screen with these words on it:
