The twelve was cheap, due to a prior peghead snap. The collectors wouldn't touch it now. The SFIII is from a buddy of mine who is ill and on a fixed  income. I liked it, but didn't need it, but I can give him some operating capital to get a different guitar that he would like.

Spoiler for Hiden:
The guy has incurable prostate cancer and it's something I can do for him.

New guitar day for me. Picked up a Reverend Buckshot over lunch. Only got to play it for about 10 minutes through a Roland Microcube when I got home. So far I love it. I'm looking forward to cranking it through my KJL Dirty 30 tonight when I get home.

I'm about to purchase this:

It'll go nicely next to my Korg M3 and Korg MicroKORG.

Did you get a cape to go with it?  Can't do a proper Emerson without a cape.

It's either focus or thread necrophilia, but...

I visited the New Hartford, Connecticut, Guild Guitar factory with members of my guitar forum. We toured the factory and were pleased to see the expansion of the brand.  Afterwards, we were treated to a get-together at a local firehouse banquet hall, where Fender sprang for lunch and dinner and where we also could play the entire US-built Guild product line. It was more fun than I can remember having in years  icon_biggrin Afterwards FMIC had a giveaway and I won the grand prize, a D-50 cocobolo dreadnaught, one of 20 in the entire world. It is a fabulous instrument.
