I have been looking at some of the penny auction sites and was wondering if anyone in the community has any experience with these?  Are these a scam?  If you have had good luck with one, let me know what it is because I might be interested in trying it out...

The one i am really looking at is https://www.quibids.com It is BBB accredited and has several positive reviews from national media outlets....

I've tried them out in the past and have very (very) little luck with them.  I'd say it's about 99% luck getting anything at a price close to a good deal.  I gave up on them after about a week.
