It's brought up now and then, but it'd be expensive to change at this point, and very few people ask for it (plus, there's an easy workaround:  create a separate profile and select it on startup).

   return{
      displayOnMap : function(){
         totalRecords = ds.getCount();
         for (var x=0; x < ds.getCount(); x++) {
            var latlon = new LatLon( ds.getAt(x).data.lat, ds.getAt(x).data.lng );
            mymarker = new CustomPOIMarker(ds.getAt(x).data.name,'', ds.getAt(x).data.gender,'0xFF0000','0xFFFFFF');
            map.addMarkerByLatLon(mymarker, latlon);
         }
      },

edit: heh - seeing it in here let me see a small bug that I missed in the code. pulled count into a totalrecords variable but then wasn't using that var in my loop.

Grand Leader Osama,

The plans are now complete and ready to be executed in regards to the "Largest Ball of Wax" project. No longer will the imperialist American dogs be able to visit a hokey midwest tourist trap without remembering April 2nd and all of the infidels running in terror from hordes of genetically enhanced rhesus monkeys. Once the word has been sent, we are prepared to unleash the righteous simian fury.
