With a name like Henry Bunch who wouldn't lose their marbles?

If I had a name like that I probably would've attempted to shoot wal-mart employees years ago.

What a complete freaking dumbass. Instead of a petty little misdemeanor shoplifting charge, he opts open fire on police officers?  Instead of spending the night in jail (if that), now he'll do 10 years for attempted murder of a cop.

Human stupidity knows no bounds.

Hm, not really. I've never heard of it myself, though. It seems yelling "fire!" in a theater would fall under that catagory.

Speaking of Wal-Mart, anyone catch that CNBC hour long thing they did on them recently?  It was interesting, to say the least.  Its hard to fathom just how massive they are.  One of the segments was on their various legal troubles, I think they said they had something like 6000+ outstanding cases and that, on average, they face 3 new lawsuits per day.

As one who has had the term "terroristic threatening" applied to him on more than one occasion by police ,I can assure you it's a common term and law around here.(i.e. pointing a gun at someone)
I'VE NEVER BEEN CONVICTED THO!

As bad as this is and it's clearly way out of hand, the term "terror" and the various versions of it are over-applied these days.

Case in point, our previous mayor got caught with her hand in the corporate cookie jar of backroom politics by the local paper.  She lashed out by calling it "journo-terrorism".

There was a day when it was called "threatening" (no terroristic) and that is definitely more accurate than terrorism.  Besides, what threat isn't designed to try and instill fear/terror in someone?

Hmm, doesn't that make it somewhat like a double negative?
