Does this mean I will have to re-post Helen Mirren in the NSFW thread?  If so, you can count on me.

hmmm.. maybe you should post them here so we can advise you on the matter slywink

Thanks, FP. Disappointing ending, but we'll survive. I'm curious what our SLA was, and whether 'oh shit, we lost it' if covered. Not that VD sound like the type to honor it.

Now we all climb back aboard the raft headed for home I am sure there are a few faces that will not jump back on and it still feels more crowded than the last time we did this for the Great OOutage of 08.

I am always grateful and glad to know that there is another forum that will happily give us the floor to sleep on while OO takes its little nap that seems to happen every now and again.  We will of course offer the same if and when GT needs a break.

Yeah I was in the party but I would rather not sleep in the huge pile of drunk passed out bodies.  I was happy with my own piece of floor.

For a long time GT was web-sensed as adult which kept a bunch of us corporate types out. I was a dual site person before that happened, but that basically forced me over to OO. Now, despite the populations of both sites starting out from the same group, they have fairly different tones/feels. It's just different.

GT is filtered as games at work and OO is obscure enough it does not get picked up.

Also OO was my first forum ever and I was introduced my Arcanis and working with Rip at that time.  I don't think I am an avid enough poster to contribute to 3 forums.

That was my problem - although it was sensed as gaming, not adult. I'm surprised they are letting me through now, but I'm not complaining.

Looks like my local comcast dns servers (75.75.75.75, 75.75.75.76, I think) haven't updated yet - had to force my router to use google's first (which is what I usually do, but had to do a reconfig and left the DNS on DHCP)...

For you folks new to GT who liked hanging out here the last few weeks, if you need an extra incentive to stick around more I highly recommend you at least pop in on Mondays for a start to visit the weekly What are you buying this week? thread, in which Destructor posts all the upcoming releases for the week (PC and console alike) and people talk about what they are or aren't excited about buying this week.  It's as addictive as the Steam Sale thread, and I've found a lot of great games from seeing others excited in those threads that had previously been entirely off my radar.

The sister recurring thread is The Weekend Playlist, where people talk about what they're planning to play for the weekend.  It can be a lot of fun to see what games people are into, new and old.
