We have finally worked out a time and day for our first meeting: Sunday December 18th at 1:15pm EST (6:15pm GMT). We will meet by IRC (the committee members have been e-mailed the channel info). After the meeting will will post highilghts of our discussion and the results of our decisions.

Our agenda is as follows:

1) Call to Order

2) Move to appoint a Chairman

3) Move to appoint a Treasurer

4) Move to appoint a Webmaster

5) Will we form a legal business entity for the project? (Yes/No)

6) Will the project be intended for commercial gain? (Yes/No)

7) How long a development cycle will we commit to? (Months/Years)

8 ) Who will own the property we create?

9) What is the minimum required time/effort contribution for a committee member to retain their seat?

10) Where and how will we transfer files to other team members? (media, code, etc.)

11) What platform will we develop for? (Windows, Mac, etc.)

12) What genre of game will we create? (RPG, RTS, TBS, FPS, etc.)

13) If for the Windows platform, which API will we use? (Win32, OpenGL, DirectX)

14) What programming language(s) will we use?

15) What will be our game's scope? (Simple/Complex, Epic/Long/Short etc.)

16) Establish a quorum.

17) Will we fix the maximum size of the committee, or will we allow it to grow to include new members?

18 ) Will we allow contributing non-committee members to "spectate" during commitee meetings?

19) Other Business

20) Adjourn

Depending on how often you need me and how complex a site you want, I would be willing to design a website for it.  It would be nice if we could retrofit a CMS so as to put content management in more capable hands.
