This guy has no clue what "race" really is, and that in reality, race doesn't exist, just different gene flows and inheritance. And if he had any idea how genetics worked, it's often a good idea to mix "races" physically, regardless of cultural differences.
Time to fire the guy, or force retirement to bring in someone who can do better.
