I though it wasn't coming back until September.  I'm kinda hoping they have a quick turnaround on the first season on DVD since I've been kinda spotty at paying attention to the show.

I believe the repeats start this friday.  

All the previews say it is going to be "33", which was an incredible episode as well as the first of the new episodes.  I am probably going to watch it again.  

I might even watch all the episodes again.  Not sure I can go until July without seeing Battlestar Galactica.

How does the miniseries that you can get on DVD at Amazon relate to the season episodes?  Is it like a prequel to the show or what?

Yes it is.  It is really the beginning of everything you see in season 1, and will explain alot of why things are the way they are.
