Heh, I am a big Titans fan, but even I know they are not gonna go undefeated in the regular season. I am just hopeing for home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Packers aren't going to be a pushover either.  They are looking like they will be healthy and I expect it to be a much closer game than you might think.

Seeing as how the wife and I will be attending the Chiefs/Buccaneers game this Sunday I just hope the Chiefs don't embarrass themselves too badly.

Champ Bailey...out
Boss Bailey...out and now on IR
Jay Cutler...sore index finger
Brandon Stokley...concussion boy
Tony Scheffler...questionable groin
Erik Pears...out
Michael Pittman...playing with bad ribs

Can't wait to see how Denver plays against Miami. I hope they enjoyed their Bye Week rest.

He hasn't played football for a year, since college. I'm not expecting a whole lot right away.

Because Bollinger is better?   icon_confused

I think you should be more concerned with the lack of pass protection and the inability to block for the run.  Obviously Johnson is no Romo, but would you honestly rather have Bollinger at QB instead?

I was really referring to today's game. Johnson looked completely lost with the passes he was throwing.

The team just blows right now. The number of stupid penalties they make alone is an embarrassment.

Time for the "Bob Sanders Show!!"

Watch Bob's shins appear in the picture as he walks by the pile!

Watch Bob make the tackle 12 yards downfield and the announcers gush over his mere presence!

I can't take it!!

OVER. RATED.

You see that pick? Only the Defensive MVP could come down with a ball like that. Over-thrown. Right in his chest. Wouldah been better if he dropped it. "Canton" Bob does it again!

When I first read that, I thought you wrote, "You are an enema."  (which is even more accurate than enigma).
And you forgot the glorious state of Michigan.  Nancy is also a Wolverine fan.

Now, back on topic, sort of... I was listening to Mike & Mike this morning, and apparently they found a way to predict the next President of the United States based on whether or not the Redskins win tonight.  It has something to do with the party changing if they win.  Some of the stats/trends people track are pretty funny.

Yeah

If the Redskins win tonight then the incumbent Party wins the election. This has held true since 1936 with the exception of 2004.

I'm global, Baby!!

I gotta like the Bruins because I was unfortunate enough to be born closest to them? No dice!

What is this, Shifty, the 40's? We can only like teams closest to our homes because the only way we'd see anyone else is when they came to town or in news reels before movies?

I can watch every game of every one of my teams just like they played down the street with all the assorted packages that are offered on TV.

So to recap...

Lived within 20 miles of Boston all my life and my teams are:
Devils (NJ)
Angels (CA)
Patriots (MA) and Eagles (PA) - Yeah, Petesy-Pie. 2 teams.
Nuggets (CO, but really America's Team)
Michigan (MI)

MLB: SF Giants
NHL: LA Kings
NBA: If I must, PHX Suns, but really I don't care.
Soccer: Arsenal
F1: Renault, STR
NCAA: USC (That's University of Southern California)
