Finally caved in and bought both of Aqua's albums and am now looking for something similar. Something that is as up tempo and bubbly with a female singer.

Are they the people who did "Barbie Girl?" Dee-Lite, maybe? Spice Girls? Hillary Duff?

Every Sunday, at work, I walk back and forth for about 8 hours and the music helps to keep me going at a set pace. So essentially what I want is something with a fast beat. Was just hoping that there were other bands with a sound similar to Aqua.

Should also note that though Techo, House, whatever, fits the fast beat criteria it tends to blend into itself which isn't what I want.

Where do you work?  A shoe testing facility?

I work at Fred Meyer as a price changer. Every Sunday when a new Ad comes out I have about 1000 new price tags that need to be placed. It's a fun activity made even better by the fact that since there is no crowd sound at midnight you can hear the same songs being played night after night in perfect clarity.

Well, if you want something with more depth, check out Melanie Doane. Her song Bionic would be right up your alley I think.
