Incorrect.
I'm torn between feelings of frustration that no one is getting it and feelings of glee that I have stumped people this long.

Crap, I missed the "correct" post. The past few days have been a bit....um....hectic. Got to fire my first problem employee (usually cuts are due to budget limitations or corporate directives, this one was pure unsatisfactory performance and involved a lot of red tape). Photo to follow shortly.

I submit that performing an honest year-end evaluation for someone you would like to fire but can't ranks right up there next to it.

I submit that performing an honest year-end evaluation for someone you would like to fire but can't ranks right up there next to it. Been there, done that, with this same employee. It was as if he had nine lives (or more). He was a problem I had inherited because my predecessor didn't have the jubblies to handle it himself and he managed to consistently get by on technicalities or the B.S. protection of human resources. But yesterday was the last straw. And it wasn't our branch manager that did it. I handled it myself and even got to send out the one-line "so-and-so is no longer with the company." There's been a noticable spring in my step today, and not just because I'm fabulous. Now, on to the movie photos:

Boogie Nights?
Pretty sure you're right... and a check of the image properties shows "boogie" as part of the name. Looks like you're up.

Hmm, I wasn't actually expecting to win. Let's try this one (if you've seen the movie it might be obvious):

That Statue of Liberty scene is during the Vietnam montage.

Hmm, I wasn't actually expecting to win. Let's try this one (if you've seen the movie it might be obvious): LOVED that imagery. The whole dichotomy of using a French statue to symbolically bring liberty to a country abandoned by France blew my mind.
