That would be "First On The Block Club". If I remember it supposedly let members buy games ahead of the street. That date was 1990.

This is fun. The hard thing about most online quizzes, as far as making them challenging, is people can Google the answer in 2 milliseconds -- tougher to do with images.

How about this? One of my favorite B-movies from the 1980s. Probably more popular as a VHS tape rental than in the theaters (I'll give some hints, as it's not that well known).

I didn't realize that the film involved the map of a golf course...

It was pretty much central to the idea of how they could communicate his location and destination across an open radio without giving himself away.

From the National Museum of the Air Force website:
Quote
A plan was devised to direct him by radio contact with a forward air controller aircraft to a safer pick-up point. USAF reconnaissance aircraft photographed the area, and photo analysts laid out a course for him to follow to a river two miles away. Lt. Col. Hambleton, an avid golfer, remembered in great detail various golf courses where he had played. To guide him safely past enemy camps, gun emplacements and unfriendly villages and then downstream to a rescue point, specific holes at certain courses were used to establish distance and direction of travel for each segment of his journey.
