An apartment building next to where I live was evacuated when a crazy bastard started shooting off his fully auto weapon from his balcony. He has 3 different weapons the cops say and has fired off over 70 shots.

Nice.

As I type this the SWAT team and an army of cops have the building surrounded. They say they have had phone negotiations with the guy on and off for the last 2 hours. There may be a hostage involved. The standoff is nearing 6 hours now.

No one is hurt yet, they think.
Kinda weird to hear automatic gunfire echo through your home......Especially when you consider I live in Fargo, ND.
