Wait, what is Emergency again?  Is that like a Japanese gameshow?

So....  after sitting here for a moment in total wonder as to this whole..... whatever you call it;  I started thinking if there is anything that could ever be released that would have me this excited.
.

.
.

Nope.  I couldn't think of anything.

But, since this has obviously popped your toaster, I am very happy for you!

And, just for the sake of curiosity, what reigns supreme for you between these two?

Star Wars (and all things related)

vs.

Emergency!

LMAO  biggrin

I remember watching that show along with Chopper 1 about 30 years ago on an old black and white Motorola console TV.

That was good TV

I also liked U.F.O. , Space 1999, Rat Patrol and Rat Patrol in Color

My wife was working as an EMT/Paramedic when this show came out originally.I got the first season here awhile back and she thought it was great! There was a lot of realism there(as well as a lot of TVism    ).

Does Dr Bracket and Dixie ever get it on?

No.  They never pursued it after the pilot episode.  Dixie (Julie London) was married in real life to Bobby Troup (Dr. Early).  Her first husband was Jack Webb, of Dragnet fame.  Unfortunately, they are both no longer with us.  Julie died I believe in 2003 and Bobby about a year earlier I think.

Hoagiehead- Star Wars vs. Emergency?  You are kidding right?  I CAN'T CHOOSE!!!!  My entire childhood was defined by both of these fantastic series.  As a result, in adulthood now I can simultaneously administer an IV with lactated ringers while inserting an esophageal airway and fending off an army of Sith Lords with my blue crystal
lightsaber! biggrin

I'm just glad they are going to continue putting them out.  Hopefully they are committed to the whole series.  Hell, I hope they are selling like hotcakes!

It's always my fear that I start buying a series and then they decide not to continue it.  Which means I don't start buying it and nobody else does, or they actually release them all and then it's crazy expensive to buy them all.

So congratulations.  I just wish I was as compassionate about something!

Very good news, indeed!

Perhaps they'll continue the trend and publish more of Robert Conrad in Baa Baaa Black Sheep!  biggrin

Have you even finished watching Season One yet?  I thought you were trying to do one episode a week?

Yes I did.  I've been constantly updating my signature with what episode I was on.  I'm now going to start watching Season 1 from the start again.  And I did pretty much stick to one episode per week.  Although sometimes I watched the same episode twice during the week.

And Season 2 is going to have 22 episodes!!!!

My next EMERGENCY! disc has just been moved up the Netflix queue.  Now that Season 2 is guaranteed, I don't have to ration my EMERGENCY! experience as carefully!

** DANGER **

Starshifter : This right here tells me you are trying to uproot Devil from his currently held position of "Supreme Chancellor Boob" of GamingTrend.  You haven't done it yet, but if you continue down this path, you run the risk of ousting him from a position that has taken him well over 2 years to descend to.

We are watching....

Hope she's not anxious for cunnilingus...

HA!  My goodness.  Why did I just find that so funny?
I usually don't do the "LOL" thing, but that put a smile on my face.
Wild thing, I think I love you.
