Little Shop of Horrors is getting another remake,26 years after the last one which was a remake of the film 26 years before that..of course i doubt it will be released this year,so that spoils that little thing finger

The first version being 'The Little shop of Horrors' in 1960 which  a young Jack Nicholson, who is second from last in the cast listing on IMDB,of course when the DVD was released,it featured Jack Nicholson on the front cover
Spoiler for Hiden:

Then came the remake in 1986 which most of us associate, directed by Frank Oz and starring Rick Moranis and featuring a host of people including Bill Murray(reprising Jack Nicholson's role),John Candy,Steve Martin and of course who can forget that amazing cameo by James Belushi

Now Joseph Gordon Levitt will be producing the film, and some say also starring
io9

With today's stars, who would you like to see in the film?,I doubt anyone can be better than Steve Martin and Bill Murray in that Dentist Chair, and i doubt they will reprise their roles

Well the second one wasn't a remake, it was an adaptation of the musical. Article seems to think this one is based on the musical. Of so, hopefully they'll go with the original ending.

Joseph Gordon Levitt is perfect for this, if I may say.  Watch his SNL monologue for proof.

The movie of the musical was really good, but it was missing something, IMO.  I don't know what, but something.

So, what it was missing, maybe, was the original ending.

That kicks ass!

Apparently, the full original ending is 20 minutes.  I may wind up getting the Director's Cut Blu Ray to see how it all comes together.

The music reminded me of Gimme some Lovin' from The Blues Brothers

It was good to see that end,the funniest part though is at the end seeing that the Blu Ray packaging is in a form of a book....that will piss CK off Tongue
