Sounds like it could be a L4D level:
Dead Snow: They may be in Hell, but they're still getting a chilly reception.

Looks like it could be fun. If nothing else, I give it points for the tagline "Ein, Zwei, DIE!".

that reminds me of another film that came out a few years ago(can't remember what it was called though)..apparently it had Nazi Zombies in it...maybe with Wire in it(not Barb Wire,LOL) whatever happened to that Joel Schumacher Nazi Horror film..Town Creek?...although Joel Schumacher for me has lost his way since Batman Forever and Batman and Robin(exception of Tigerland),this one still sounded good..but then again so did the number 23 http://www.cinematical.com/2007/03/10/joel-scumacher-talks-up-next-horror-film-town-creek/

I love the weapon choices the sickle, hammer ... chainsaw.
And heck, they put the sequel hint right in the trailer. "We should have gone to the beach like I told you!" - Dead Snow 2: Dead Sand - set in Normandy.

rumor is that perhaps the Traffic Sign 'mishap' in Austin texas the other day, may have been publicity for Dead Snow...still hackers, but they may have been put up to it.

Not playing anywhere near me. Must be an extremely limited release. NYC and LA. I want to move to NYC sometime later this year so I can catch these screenings for Horror-101.

Added it to my Netflix "Instant" queue, looks like it could be a fun little zombie movie. You guys should check out http://streamingsoon.com/ if you are into the streaming stuff that Netflix offers. I have been knowing that Dead Snow would be available to watch instantly for a couple of months now thanks to that site. I just add the upcoming ones to my regular dvd queue and then when they become available a little blue add button will show up letting you add that dvd to your instant queue. It also will show a release date at some point for when it will go instant.

I think I may take some of this weekend and blow through some of my DVD queue that's available as Watch Now. My problem is that I don't have that high on my priority list, and so much stuff rolls off of the list as well that anything I add *only* to the Watch Now list might get moved off before I ever get around to it.
I may have to start setting goals to watch a certain number of items a month to justify keeping it. I've already dropped down to the 1-out, unlimited plan because I wasn't going through stuff enough to justify two out at a time.

Saw this last night. Pretty meh. The Germans (or whoever made the film) sure loves them some intestines.
And the dialogue can be mostly be summed up by 2 phrases: Hello? Sara?
Couple of nods to other flicks. Couple of cliche parts. Couple of decent kills.
Definitely seen way better.

I thought it was a really good zombie movie. Gory as all get out.
What are you wanting in a zombie movie, stimpy? Plot? Character development?
