15 pounds of pork butt (shoulder)

A neighbor recently had a baby girl and we are making them dinner.  Tomorrow is our 3rd annual halloween carving party and we're having a potato bar.  This will be shredded and used as a topping.

I made this before and it's the best pulled pork I've ever had.

Eh? Wasn't there a whole lot of conversation in this thread a moment ago? People asking about recipes and the like?

Anyways - I envy you Americans for your Barbecue culture. We do it a little in small Weber grills here in Denmark, but nothing like what I see you guys are doing! Awesome!
