You can send them to [email protected] - this is a GMail Invite Spooler that will give them to anyone that wants them.

Check http://isnoop.net/gmailomatic.php to see how many are available and request one.

It seems to be impossible to give out invites now.  Either everyone you know has one, or everyone you know (Foolishly!) doesn't want one.

Gmail is the best thing that ever happened to email.  I'm someone who greatly prefers webmail to the whole POP3 type deal where you have to download them onto your computer.

I have 3 invites, if need be.

gmail is the web-based email by google.  boasting 1gb of storage for no cost, they're the √úberest of the uber emails right now.

the hiccup that people don't like is that they search your emails and generate ads based on the content.  it's non-intrusive and doesn't give you anything nasty like a popup, but some people still freak out about it.
