Whereby the client, YellowKing, has willfully and lawfully engaged in the listening of Hall & Oates Greatest Hits, we respectfully submit the following:

- Client ascertains that Hall has a "soulful voice for a white guy"

- Client ascertains that Hall & Oates mastered the 3 minute radio-friendly pop ditty

- Client ascertains that listening to Hall & Oates makes him feel nostalgic, like going rollerskating when he was 10 and jamming to Maneater.

- Client ascertains that he cannot listen to "Private Eyes" without doing the hand clap during the chorus, even if it means taking his hands off the wheel of a moving motor vehicle.

- Client ascertains that "Your Kiss Is On My List" still makes him think of his 6th grade crush.

The Client throws himself on the mercy of the court in determining his guilt or innocence.

Haha - I used to live on the "other" side of the lake from where John Oates lived (i.e. the low rent side). That mofo had some loud ass parties. I approve of your message though. Haha - how dorky to say, but it's true. Mmmm..guilty pleasure.

My first concert was the Hall and Oates H2O Tour.  Opening act: Scandal featuring Patty "I am the Warrior" Smyth.

i actually saw them in concert a few years ago and they were magnificent.    one of those groups that has so many songs you forgot they sang.

song after song would come on and me and my wife would look at each other and say...."lol, i forgot they sang that one too"

+1 to Hall and Oates

I totally can't hang.  Blowin' Oats ranks right up there with Chicago for me.

On the other hand, for some reason when the mood hits me just right I kinda like Squeeze.  I don't know why.  They're just as bad.

I also love the "Dangerous" medly by the Ying Yang twins that pays tribute to "Man Eater" and "Ramalam".

My guilty pleasure is Richard Marx's "Hazard" song.

The first LP I ever bought with my own money was Voices.  With their cover of You've lost that lovin' feeling and You make my dreams, as well as Kiss on my List, the album was pretty sweet.

I bought AC/DC brand new album the week it came out.  Back in Black.  I think I was nine but it's hard to remember.  I also bought a 45 of "This Beat Goes On/Switchin to Glide" by the Kings.  I had recieved Kiss' Love Gun, Bob Seager's Against the Wind and Aerosmith's Greatest Hits (on cassette) as gifts before then.  I think Love Gun was my first album, a birthday present from my oldest sister.  I didn't know a single song off it but quickly loved it as much as their earlier works.  You'd think I'd have become a huge Kiss fan.  They never really took for me, though.

I Can't Go For That (No Can do) hit #1 on the R&B charts as well as the pop charts.

Also, Sara Smile is a nice song.

Nothing wrong with them.  I went and saw them in concert when I was a teenager after I won some tickets from a radio station.  I took my mom.  That was the only part that was wrong.

It's funny; it's like a bunch of guys saying to each other: "No really, dude. It happens to all of us."

My problem here is that I don't know if you believe that I insulted Chicago or Haulin' Oats.

I believe the court is going to have to appoint a public defender and order psychiatric testing.  Insanity plea might be the best option
