How do you figure? Considering who she is, what she is, and the fact that she not only repeatedly violated The Law but also that she showed up to the courthouse 10 minutes late, I'm guessing The Judge was a might peeved. Also, this man is a fucking hero. He shall forever be known as The Judge. He brought sanity to the West by jailing the most useless and annoying human petri dish on the planet this side of CeeKay. Anssi Vanjoki, 44, has been ordered to pay a fine of 116,000 euros ($103,600) after being caught breaking the speed limit on his Harley Davidson motorbike in the capital, Helsinki, in October last year.
Police say he was driving at 75 km/h (47 mph) in a 50km/h (31 mph) zone.
In Finland, traffic fines are proportionate to the latest available data on an offender's income. Unfortunately, here in America, people seem to perceive policies like that as "punishing the rich for making more money."
