Hebrew 16TH anniversary

So is anyone familiar with these beers? Awesome beers at a great price point from my experience. Anywho, Their 16 th anniversary beer is ready to be consumed tonight and after reading up on a few things I found out the following. It's 16% abv. I'm in ohio and the cut off is 13, legally. So what they did was they slapped a 11.8% abv on the label for this state. Lol. So if anyone wants a great, age able, boozy beer at only 10 a 22oz look no further! I've seen a few bigger beers make it thru this way before, just not that high up there! I've had most of the big ones before, dogfish head 120 etc. but not purchases in ohio so this was a nice find!
