Yeah - I know...
Every now and then I'll reduce down to one a day but it never lasts. I can't stand coffee so diet soda is my main source.
I'll have 1-2 cans or one bottle in the morning to help wake up. Usually at least a couple of glasses at lunch, then another 1-2 in the afternoon to make it through the afternoon. Then another couple of glasses with dinner. And sometimes one or two more at night while working.
And I thought when I drank a bottle a day for a year back in college was bad...
Nowadays I have 2-3 cans a week. A can is the perfect size for a serving for me -- a bottle is too much and I'd usually leave it 2/3 empty, and when I get around to finishing it, it's flat.
And screw all that diet/zero crap. Regular FTW. No carcinogens. 180 calories doesn't make a difference, at least for me.
