After stories like this, I always ask myself why I didn't think of writing ads on my forehead, or seeing Mary or Jesus - or whoever - in pan-fried food... or asking a pregnant friend to pee on a test strip. I can't imagine what the next thing will be, but I wish I'd think of it first! :roll: |

Hell I would have done it for 10 grand, it'd get me a decent new car or maybe even a harley davidson.
We can always legally change the name before he hits school and people start calling him Golden Palace dot com.

As I recall, Acclaim once had a similar promotion for the first parents who would name their child "Turok." According to the terms of the contract, I believe he only had to legally keep the name for one year after birth. -Autistic Angel |

If the parents need the money, and don't have to keep the name, then I can't really fault the parents. It's a good deal getting that much money to help raise a child.
Heck, you can let the child choose his name. I chose my own name when I entered junior high.
