Yeah, that is scary.  It's also scary to think if that's how many registered offenders are nearby, I wonder how many unregistered ones are lurking around.   :?  
Hopefully all states will have a website like Arizona's.  I went looking for a state of California one, but it looks like that information isn't readily available online.

Washington State has this information online as well. I've never looked this up before so it was pretty interesting to check out. There is 1 within one mile of me (that was his last known address anyway) and 9 within 15 miles.

The GBI has a similar site.  I don't have many in my zipcode, thankfully.  Thankfully I live on the same road as an elementary school.

Our site also has a neat feature that lists the names of all offenders that have not registered, so if you know their current whereabouts you can report them or you can at least tell by name/picture if you have one nearby.
