You need to check the rental laws/codes in your area.  There could very well be a limit on the amount of persons allowed in one house or a certain number of required parking spots (on property) per said number of people in house (most college towns have one of those).  Also, have you called the home owner and explained the situation to him?  Learn all the laws and codes first.  If you find a violation (even the dumping garbage) then go to the property owner and lean on him to the dirty work for you.  If that doesn't work then file complaints with the appropriate people.  Do NOT talk to this guy, he is only trying to antagonize you.  Use the law to your advantage, file noise complaints, garbage complaints, everything until they get the message.

man, that's grade A asshole right there.  what kind of clown leaves 4 notes on another person's car?  he obviously gets that this is a public spot (it's not of course, but he believes it) which means he has no more right to the spot than anyone else, according to his own beliefs.

that he doesn't get that it's not a public spot is another matter, and one that i would pursue with higher authorities.
He is clearly fucking with Kratz because of his first note. It's sarcasm.

then he's a sarcastic asshole.

It's obviously sarcasm in response to my note, but also apparently based on the fact that he thinks I have no right to ask him to park elsewhere.

I bet kratz knows the law for his house and has copies handy seeing as this is not a first year problem for him.

Yeah, I was going to suggest going to whoever owns the property he is renting with since you now know where he lives.   Contact them about the problem and stop leaving notes with this stupid kid.  He obviously doesn't know what the law is and the best route is to get someone else to put some pressure on him.  Giving his roommate the legal stuff was a start, but most kids that age are just going to blow that off and either assume you will only threaten and not act or that you are making things up.

Wow, that sucks.   There is very little that eats away at you like someone disrupting your life like that, and then is gleeful about the hardship they cause.

Has the internet made kids like this?  No discipline at any point in the lives up to that point?

A "no discipline" kid would never even bother to leave a note.  So if the internet = no discipline - you are wrong.

Wow, ok, he's officially an asshole... came home from a nice day out with my folks, wife, and kid, and he had left FOUR notes on my car...

I immediately went over there, pretty much shaking with anger... he wasn't home, but I talked to his roommate and left a copy of the law.  Please let this be the end of it... ugh. Sucks to be on edge in your own house all the time.

arent those awfully similar to the ones you left on the girls car? maybe she is just having him fuck with you...

Maybe every year, the old tenants have a tradition on passing onto the new tenants the fact that parking in front of your house really pisses you off.  They probably have a little scrapbook with your notes and journals about all the fun times.  They don't worry about it too much since you never do anything.  Tongue

It was the work of a marker. Crayon lines are not that accurate.

Indeed.  When I *really* want to screw with someone... I PARK IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE.. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!

(seriously.  this seems like a lot of drama over walking an extra 50 feet)

These notes are too accurate for Sand Crayons. Only Imperial Stormmarkers are that precise.
