Ozil to Arsenal is stranger as I thought the Gunners where set in the middle. Anyway, Ozil move is certainly a result of acquiring Bale.

I was questioning the reasoning behind featuring the Crystal Palace/Sunderland match on TV, but easily was the best match of the weekend. I want to go to Selhurst Park now. That place just looked insane from the pre-match through the very end. I hope they can stay up.

And Rebecca Lowe is a Crystal Palace supporter.

I think because US national (and probably the 2nd best American player aliver) Jose Altidore plays for Sunderland. That's 2 weeks in a row they put Sunderland on in the US. Not a team you'd figure to see on, really. Sadly, Altidore was out for the game.

That makes sense. Guess we are going to be seeing a lot of Sunderland this season just like Tottenham.

So incredibly happy with Ozil to Arsenal.  He's in the top 10 footballers I the world.

Easily the transfer of the summer, across all of Europe.

I'm even more happy we beat the Spurs Sunday.  The win was made even better by all the money they've spent this summer!

Ozil, Cazorla, Wilshere & Ramsey...Wow!

Ozil, with lighting fast Theo and in form Giroud in front of him.  WOW!!!!!

Going to be a fun season.

While Ozil is agreat player and signing Arsenal are just way too light on numbers. A fcew injuries and they are pretty screwed. No higher than 4th and could even be a battle for 4th with Liverpool and Arsenal.

yeah i am still unsure whether it was an actual penalty,it was certainly a foul, but not sure if it was in or out of the area

The score should be much more, but some silly midfield stuff from United(Anderson for one)

I think a pop up just said that Ozil starts for Arsenal today

EDIT: Anderson off,Fellaini on

Pretty decent start to the day. Crystal Palace sure is tough. Heluva shot by Rooney to put the game away.
Too many good games coming up. Match of the Day is going to have to do the heavy lifting later on tonight.

Very surprised Rooney played actually, although he had his head bandage on because of Phil Jones kicking him in the head a week or two ago

Spoiler for Hiden:

but really good to get 90 minutes out of him today...and the goal

Today's matches i am looking forward to are
Sunderland Vs Arsenal
Everton Vs Chelsea(5:30pm kick off)

Dang, can't wait to watch the Everton/Chelsea game.

Sheesh, Ozil, to me, makes Arsenal sooo much better. Yeah it's no duh, but I think he puts them solidly in the top 4 and possibly closer to the top. Dang he's such a good player and that attack is just nasty. The Gunners should've put that game away real early. Arsenal did get away with one, though. No clue how Sagna didn't get a red and the official didn't play the advantage on the controversial call that could've made the match 2-2. I thought it was a horrible horrible call by the referee. Shame for Sunderland, they finally played well in the 2nd half. Meh, happens.

Can't wait for Monday. Big game for a chance to stay at the top of the table for Liverpool. It'l be a tough one.

And then the official disallowed the goal by Altidore in the game against Arsenal. Easily the worst call of the season so far. Everyone was perplexed and it was evident the official did not get the message. I bet he got a talking to.

Real good one @ Swansea going on. Very exciting first half. Poor Shelvey - brilliant start and then 2 really boneheaded plays. I'm really excited about Moses taking Coutinho's spot out left and Coutinho roaming more. Dang Moses just brings so much energy and speed. Glad he got rewarded with a goal. Good to see Sturridge stay hot, as well. That was a real gift from Jonjo. I don't know how long Liverpool can keep Michu/Wilfried off the sheet, it should be a good 2nd half.

blahhhhhhhhhhhh. Stupid Rodgers and his pulling the dogs off 2nd half garbage. Ugh, it drives me mad. Yeah it worked versus United, but arg, it drives me nuts as a fan. Liverpool plays sooo much better when they maintain possession. Ah well. Really exciting match.
Well done by Swansea. They probably should've pulled ahead there, but a draw is fine I suppose. Being top of the table after 4 is not somewhere I figured Liverpool to be at all.

Heh, Voldemort. I guess we can forever call that the 'Voldemort' game, where Shelvey was booked, scored, assisted on 1 goal for his team and 2 goals for his former team. All he needed was an own goal and it would be a game of legend.

Blech, Coutinho is out until sometime in November with a shoulder injury. Liverpool's depth is about to be tested, because frankly, I think Aspas is a turd so far for them.

Pretty good game so far with a bit to go. Shame about Benteke. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Be big for Villa to get back on track on the road.
Tough one for Liverpool today at home. Southampton has played tough this year. Not really looking forward to the Fulham/Chelsea match. Mourinho just isn't getting the best out of that club yet and it makes their games pretty tough to watch.

edit: WOW, Guzan came up HUGE late in the match. Well deserved clean sheet.

Liverpool 0-1 Southampton(first loss of the season for Liverpool)
Newcastle 2-3 Hull
Norwich 0-1 Aston Villa
West Brom 3-0 Sunderland
West Ham 2-3 Everton(Heard Baines scored two from free kicks)

Currently 0-0 with Chelsea and Fulham...only 30 minutes in though

and yeah if everyone is on their game tomorrows Manchester derby should be a good one(at Man City's Place)

Really? I guess when you walk onto the pitch and take the abuse from the fans, you know the end is near. Chairmen pull the trigger too quick.
