Elmo's Puppeteer On Leave

Kevin Clash has taken
leave from Sesame Street
.
If you've seen Being Elmo, you see that this man is a very talented, but also very sad and melancholy figure. Elmo has entertained my kids for years, and I hope however this shakes out everyone ends up being ok...whatever that looks like.

I recently saw Bert and Ernie coming out of The Jackhammer in Boystown and they told me to expect some shocking news from The Street any day now. I just assumed it was about all those rumors floating around concerning the Cookie Monster and a rather infamous gloryhole site off route 9 in northern Indiana, but I wasn't expecting anything to happen to Elmo. He's always seemed the very model of heterosexuality. Hell, even Romney left him alone during his campaign.

Well, this will put a crimp in the new "Diddle me Elmo" toy line.
