That's a really nasty and tactless photo corruptrelic.  I changed your image to a link but you might just want to delete it entirely. - warning

What's happening to this forum? Used to be a cool place to hang out but now it's so politically correct and it seems everyone's lost their sense of humour and those who might not 'click' with everyone else are censored and/or banned. (I won't even mention any names because we all know who I'm talking about.)
I'm shocked that anyone might find that pic offensive, especially when it was only meant as a joke. Grow some skin people and quit acting like little girls!

Btw Arkon my apologies if this might have somehow derailed your thread. A congragulations is definitely in order and the pic was simply a joke.

Nah.  My youngest had serious sleep problems.  I found that if I played Deus Ex while he sat on my lap he'd fall asleep in seconds.  I spent a whole summer doing that.  You just have to be creative!

Congrats and listen to Hetz on the sleep!

This isn't always the case.  My daughter started sleeping through the night when she was three weeks old so lack of sleep has never been an issue.  I expect karma to bite us on the ass though and the next one will probably be a little hellion.

I am hoping for twins as we want two children but I would prefer to only endure the moodiness of one pregnancy.

Space wise, we are renting a 3 bedroom house now, but I always had wanted to own my home before having children.

Ron, sorry but that name is so 1970's.  I am going for Methuselah if we have a boy...

Congrats, Arkon!

Of course, I know it will be a little girl (which is a complement, not an insult like Corrupt seems to think.)  Also, when she is born - I will reveal my true name so that you may name her after Mytocles.. erm... without the Mytocles part! By the way, it is not Ronnie or Ronnette, so Ron is already out!  Tongue

Seriously, I'm really happy for you and your wife!  Best wishes!  icon_razz

Lol, Arkon! Lemme see... which would you prefer:  Myto, Mytocles, Mytochon, or Bugaboo?  The last character is named after my dog, but - a fellow clan member, and Mrs. Clan Member, started calling their baby that, they thought it was so cute!  Right now, I can't think of very many names from the game itself  Wait, there is Ifrit, Carbuncle... um, Slime... ewwww this is going badly, never mind!

Bugaboo Arkon, though - that has a nice ring!   Tongue

We said the same thing until after the 2nd visit and we just HAD to know. Frankly, it makes the process a bit easier with certificates, ID, etc. Plus, it seems to me that it is just a lot of unnecessary stress, BUT, if you can handle it, more power to you.

Ron Javahead Arkon...there, settled.

Babies also require more room so depending on the size of Arkon's current place, it may be even more important to look into something bigger.  I know we are pretty much going to have to move when we have our second child.

Would we have to move?  Not necessarily... would it make things easier... very much so.  We got our preappoval letter and the payment including taxes and insurance on the mortgage would be less then expected.  This is on the house we looked at last night that is listed at $149,000.
