I need to lose more weight as well as currently I'm fluctuaing between 195 - 200 lbs and I'm only 5' 7" or so. The lowest I ever dropped to when I was working with a trainer was 185 down from 213.

Lately I've been eating more fast food and junk as snacks so it's no huge surprise that I've put on some pounds. I'm definitely working in gym time at least twice a week but I'm hoping to go more often around December.

How does this work again?

I got through Thanksgiving with no major damage.  Last weekend was a bear due to how busy it was so I knew it wouldn't make any sense to start then.  So I weighed myself yesterday and now it's time to begin.

Starting weight: 249.25 pounds.  Pants are tight.  Feel like shit but I'm optimistic.
