46 right now... high today of 56... after a summer full of 85ish, I'm loving it. Really, the whole last week hasn't been above like 81.
I was really hoping for a little snow on the ground this morning, but 'twas not to be.

Here in the thumb of Michigan its been a perfect summer weather wise. Every day pretty much has been 75-80 and it rains every couple of days, so my lawn is looking amazingly awesome. I think we've run the air maybe three times all year and that's only because it was sort of humid. It's been amazingly great.
Pretty much every day I keep telling everyone what great summer weather this has been. I can't help myself.

Our humidity is 93%... but it's pissing down rain.
Usually I think our humidity hangs out around 25%.
Gets down to the 40s/50s every night, even when it's 90 during the day.
Go me.

It's been a pretty cool August so far here in Columbus. We've been in the upper 70's lower 80's for most of the month it seems, with very little rainfall. Next week we may get into the mid 80's, but right now it's a nice 73 degrees with a 53% humidity.

We're having the coldest, wettest August I can remember. I brought mostly shorts and T shirts on vacation, yet I've worn nothing but the one pair of jeans, flannel shirt, and sweater that I brought "just in case". It's barely risen above 65 all week and rained all but two of our 10 days here in the mountains. I hate it.

I was awakened at 4 AM this morning by what sounded like an explosion and what turned out to be lightning hitting my neighbor's house.

Nope, Colorado. That's the storm that is making it so nice and cool here. Yeah, it's been raining and lightning all day, which is pretty crazy. It is cool here as well, though I don't think as cool as what you have.

Rained all day here, so I am loving it. I like summer, but it's really nice to have days like today to break things up a little. The non-stop heat was getting old.

Here in SoCal it's been surprisingly cool this summer up until these last few weeks where it's finally cracked the 80s.

While not woken by those storms this morning, I did get to enjoy them while getting ready for and driving to work this morning. Didn't realize you were a Dallasite, Isgrimnur.

As of 12/26/07, I officially took up residence after escaping Lubbock. And I'm currently taking a slack break between packing since the local foundation issues have forced me to move to another building. Oddly enough, with the rain today, my door is working a lot better than it has in over a month.
